Week In Photos: 17-23 September 2018 – Last Days Of Indian Summer In Berlin
This week, the weather was still summery with vibrant glowing sun and a few buzzing wasps to help you stay focused on the immediate reality. So I decided to enjoy these last days of Indian summer and go out of the house more, hence I took a look on google maps to explore some new areas in this beauty of a city.
And suddenly I found this picture:
What? Garden gnomes in a park in Berlin?! I’ll be there in a second.
Yes, I dig garden gnomes! Ever since I heard a speech held by a midget, but that’s another story.
I took the tram and went to Ernst Thälmann park and digged for dwarfs everywhere. Even a few dogs barked at me with a “the only dwarf here is you” look. Big disappointment! I haven’t found any gnomes. Not the slightest resemblance. On this very spot seen in the picture, there was just a couch..
I assume every single dwarf got psychoanalyzed and sent home 🙂
So the best picture of the week is not mine. It belongs to a guy, Andreas Schmidt. Thank you for the cool picture.
Still, here’s what came my way instead:
